Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 3 pm.
For arrivals after 7 p.m. please please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask you to clear the apartment by 10 am.
Payment: You can pay the final bill in cash or by EC card.
Cancelation
If the reservation is canceled within 4 weeks before your arrival, we will charge 30% of the total price of your stay.
From one week before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price of your stay will be charged.
Communal resort tax – visitor's tax
A local tax of € 2,00 is collected per person per night from all guests aged 14 years and over. This fee is not included in the price and will be calculated separately.
